Memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed With Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar

News in brief:

Gujarat Institute of Development Research (GIDR), Ahmedabad and Gujarat National Law

University (GNLU), Gandhinagar have taken a significant step towards strengthening their

partnership in social science research, training, and capacity building for policy analysis. The

collaboration aims to yield mutual benefits as both organizations strive to excel in their relevant

areas of strength.

The MoU covers a wide spectrum of academic collaboration in various fields of research and

development projects, including teaching and jointly guiding Ph.D. students. Sharing of best

practices in social science research policies further solidifies the comprehensive nature of the

partnership and paves the way for significant mutual advancements in academics in their

respective institutions.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Nisha Pandey, Director, and

Prof. (Dr.) S. Shantakumar, Director, representing GIDR and GNLU respectively on February 12,

2024 at GNLU.
